季风，男，原名张忠军，曽用笔名萌朦，1963年6月30日生于山西晋城，有诗作在国内报刊杂志发表。1992年旅居日本，曾与友人创办文学杂志《蓝》。其后休笔。近年来又起笔，部分作品发表在《中文导报》《东方时报》《阳光导报》等日本华文媒体，以及一些文学杂志，网络平台等，组建"东渡诗社"，现为日本华文作家协会会员。不知不觉就喜欢上了诗，活着竟离不开她，死也许是为她而去。
