Brief description:
Maureen Murphy, after forty years in Cytology, was inspired to explore her creative side. She completed the Creative Writing certificate from Western University and other writing workshops. She found the spark of inspiration in letters written by her father during WWII and in the story of her mother, a war bride. Prompt became passion, as she says, and the rest is history.
When Maureen is not reading or travelling she likes to golf, line dance, write poetry and memoir, go to the theatre, and spend time with her grandchildren. Maureen lives in London, Ontario, Canada with her husband.
