After earning a Bachelor of Science in psychology, Mr. Simmons earned a Master of Education in instructional technology. He also holds the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association. After gaining more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Simmons established his own software company and developed proprietary software to process health insurance claims.
