Brief description: Richard Joyce has long been interested in the British Military, although he has never served. What started as a hobby, collecting signed military books, inspired him to fully research and write his own book set in Afghanistan when an anti-terror operation goes wrong. His first book, Operation Blue Halo, represents the courage and sacrifice of those who served. Richard has supported military charities for a number of years, and continues to donate to charities from the sale of his books. Operation Last Assault is the second in the series, and soon to be available is the third, Operation Poppy Pride, which of course features the complex Johnny Vince. Another charity has been chosen to send donations to from sales once published.
