Description: This volume addresses the pressing issue of labor shortages by exploring how businesses can tap into underutilized talent pools, specifically refugees, individuals with disabilities, and the formerly incarcerated. The book presents case studies from ten diverse companies -- including a global tech firm, a major hospital, and a small painting company -- that have successfully integrated these marginalized groups into their workforce.
