Description:
What does it take to mentor women in ministry effectively, and why does it matter? Suzan Johnson Cook is a seasoned pastor and church leader who knows firsthand what it is like for women to lead in traditionally male-dominated fields, and she knows that the right mentorship at the right time can make a significant difference. In this book, she and her co-editors bring together program participants and mentors from the REAL (an acronym that stands for relationship building, equipping and expanding, access and leadership, and legacy development) Women in Ministry program to reflect on their journeys together and share their insights. Read and learn from their unique journeys and experiences.
