Description:
Ethelred Tressider and his agent Elsie Thirkettle have been invited to lecture on a creative writing course at Fell Hall, a remote location in the heart of ragged countryside.
When one of their number goes missing, Ethelred leads a search party and makes a gruesome discovery. With no phone signal and no hope of summoning the police, can Ethelred and Elsie identify the killer among them before one of them is next?
Brief description: L. C. Tyler was born in Southend-on-Sea and educated at Oxford and City Universities. He has won awards for his writing, including the CWA Short Story Dagger and the Last Laugh Award (twice). He is a former Chair of the Crime Writers' Association. L. C. Tyler has lived and worked all over the world but more recently has been based in London and Sussex.
