When a massive bomb explodes in the bowels of the World Trade Center's North Tower, a mysterious Swiss banker comes out from the shadows and sets a plan in motion that he hopes will fulfill his lifelong dream-to destroy the United States of America. The FBI forms an intelligence unit to supplement its Terrorism Task Force and recruits Christopher Garcia to head the group. Garcia starts a no-rules pursuit of a band of mercenaries, led by home-grown terrorist, Abdul Hamsa, and his al-Qaeda allies. But Hamsa has failed to weigh the determination of his most dangerous adversary. The defeat of Hamsa's plan hinges on the ability of Garcia and his team to navigate their way through a labyrinth of lethal traps set by the terrorist.
