Dr. Mohd Amin Mir is an Assistant Research Professor at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, India (2018-2020). With more than 125 research publications in international and national journals, his work spans diverse areas of chemistry and biomedical sciences. His active research focuses on the isolation and characterization of various biosignatures for the development of anti-diabetic, anti-cancer, and anti-leukoderma medicines. Dr. Mir has received numerous accolades, including the Young Researcher Award in Pharmaceutical Chemistry under the Allied Health Sciences discipline at the Venus International Healthcare Awards (VIHA) 2018; the InSc Young Achiever Award from the Institute of Scholars, Bengaluru, India; and the Outstanding Scientist Award in 2020 in Engineering, Science and Medicine from VDGOOD. He also serves on editorial boards of more than 30 journals and reviews for 10 others.
