Description: Epigenetic Therapy by Phytochemicals in Lung Cancer provides a comprehensive exploration of the intersection between cancer epigenetics and phytotherapy, focusing on lung cancer. The book emphasizes the role of epigenetic alterations in cancer progression and presents phytochemicals as promising agents capable of reversing these changes, thereby offering innovative therapeutic strategies. The content examines the mechanisms by which epigenetic modifications, such as DNA methylation and histone modification, contribute to lung cancer. It details specific phytochemicals--like curcumin, resveratrol, and quercetin--and their potential to modulate these pathways, while discussing clinical applications, challenges, and future research directions. For academics, this book equips researchers and healthcare professionals with evidence-based insights into alternative cancer therapies, enhancing understanding of multi-targeted approaches. It serves as a valuable reference for teaching and further research, promoting a more inclusive perspective in cancer care and addressing disparities in treatment access and efficacy.
