Her research forte is enhancing bio-performance of drug molecules including small and large biomolecules, phytochemicals and probiotics, metabiotics and other biotherapeutics using conventional and novel dosage forms especially in the area of colon targeting. She holds a keen interest in the quality control parameters of delivery systems. Her group has designed novel platform technologies to overcome challenges in therapeutic delivery of different classes of phyto-polypeptides and phytochemicals. She has more than 125 high impact publications and 15 invited book chapters to her credit, with an H-index of 26 and RG score of 38.3.
