Brief description: Mark Emmons began his career as an automotive technician, earning L1 certification and advancing to Service Manager in the Pacific Northwest. With 20 years of service and diagnostic experience, he began a teaching career. He has held teaching positions in high schools, career centers, the South Puget Sound Community College, and Texas State Technical College. As a content creator, he has worked with Cengage, Electude and corporate training clients. He is currently a technical training specialist with Valero. He holds an associate degree in automotive technology from South Puget Sound Community College.
