He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, and IEEE Access, as well as an Area Editor for Computer Networks (Elsevier). He has authored/edited five books published by Springer, The IET, and CRC. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and the ACM, and a Fellow of the HEA (Higher Education Academy).
