Review Quotes:
"...[T]he author proves there's great value in conscientious, streamlined living and that it's achievable by everyday people by employing improved lifestyle choices. Practical, applicable health guidance validated by a remarkable collective of revered Chinese elders." - Kirkus Reviews
"This new offering is highly readable, thoughtful, and inspiring." - Publishers Weekly
"John and Jane Day have shined a bright light of ancient Eastern wisdom into our consciousness with The Longevity Plan. It brings to life the power of dietary traditions, time-honored values, and an ancestral lifestyle. The book's genius comes from the cuisine and the stories of life in a tiny Chinese village, a place that time has forgotten; yet, the lessons are timeless in their guidance for our future as a people and as a planet. In a world where traditions are rapidly fading, this book is ablaze with insight." - Dr. Daniel A. Nadeau, author of The Color Code: A Revolutionary Eating Plan for Optimum Health
"Longevity is a subject that, by definition, we each get more interested in every year; and the question is not only how to live longer, but how to live better. The Days deal insightfully with both 'hows' and convincingly combine medical science with the remarkable realities of a small Chinese village where people routinely live to be more than one hundred years old. The Days are brilliant writers who have created a book that reads like a story but teaches like a textbook--and what it teaches is how to add both quantity and quality to our lives." - Richard and Linda Eyre, #1 New York Times bestselling authors of Life in Full: Maximizing Your Longevity and Legacy and The Half-Diet Diet
"If getting healthier is part of your 2018 plan, this book is a must read... Dr. Day shares a proven program to help readers feel sharper, more motivated, and to live pain-free." - Huffington Post Best Books of 2017
